Once payment is cleared and your order is dispatched, deliveries are usually within 1-3 working days. Depending on your delivery address though, the times may vary and can sometimes take 3-5 working days.

Yes, in addition to Nespresso capsules, OutIn Nano is compatible coffee pods like L’OR, Jacobs, Lavazza, Kimbo, Cafe Royal, and others. Please press firmly on the coffee capsule for a successful extraction.
Yes, it can be charged using a USB-C to USB-C cable or a USB-A to USB-C charger. Please note that the machine will not charge with a charger below 10W, such as the Apple 5W charger.

After thousands of tests at the OutIn factory, the time to heat 50ml of water to the temperature (96°C) and extract coffee is 200 seconds at 25°C. However, if the water volume exceeds 50ml, the time will vary accordingly.
